- Our Manufacturing Excellence
EAMV benchmarked, conceptualized, sourced, installed, commissioned, and now operates a single former dipping line since 2021. Having started with powder free natural rubber gloves, we now produce powdered surgical and examination natural rubber gloves as well as nitrile examination.
The current plant capacity is 40 million pairs per annum, manufacturing both powdered and powder free surgical and examination gloves. By May 2024, we will be able to double our capacity.

Our plant operates at an astounding rate of 5,000 pairs of gloves per hour, totaling a remarkable 3,000,000 surgical and examination gloves every month. To meet the growing demand, we plan to double our capacity by the end of 2024 with the installation of a second production line.
