Ben is the founder and executive Chairman for Legacy Group. He is an accomplished and immensely proficient businessman with over 30 years’ experience in Trade, Bridge finance, commercial forestry and distribution.
Brian Kavuya
Managing Director
Brian is the Managing Director of Legacy Group. He has experience in managing businesses that range from Bridge Finance, FMCG Distribution, Real Estate Development and Commercial Forestry.
Andrew Mukungu
Director
Andrew is an industrial pharmacist with over 10 years of experience in Regulatory Sciences, Drug development, manufacture and regulation, Audits and regulatory compliance, Quality management systems and Pharmaceutical consulting.
Francis Byaruhanga
Director
Francis has close to 30 years of experience in the areas of management, finance, accounting, procurement, human resources management, policy formulation and institutional development. His most recent experience includes over ten years of senior management and policy initiation in the Roads Sector in Uganda and South Sudan.
Benjamin Kizza
Director
Benjamin is the Managing Director, Vvsaol Investments Limited a distributor of medical consumables and mama kits in Uganda. He also serves as the senior editor of the parliamentary hansards.
Patrick Kabonero
Director
Patrick is the Founder and Managing director of PKPF Consultants, a Mortgage and Property Finance Consulting firm. He has also served on the board of Housing Finance Bank for 35 years, as well as chairman of the board of Uganda Telecom for 12 years.
Grace Kavuya
Director
Grace Kavuya is an astute entrepreneur and business executive with over 20 years’ experience in business formation, development, operation, finance and management. She is the Executive Director of Athena Investments that handles real estate investments, hospitality and labour export. She is also a director in Greystone Investments, Nationwide Distributors Ltd and Fancy Stores Ltd.
